CONTENTS
INTRODUCTION
The practice in translation has been performed as a translator of the English and Romanian languages ,from November 10,2014 till December 15, 2014 at the I.c.s. “ Boekestijn Transport Service “ SRL, in Chișinău . This is a Polish company of trucks that offers transport service across Europe and other countries.
In my opinion a translator is a compulsory caller,his services are essential when achieving an employment deal.Working in this company, I took acquaintance with their method of working and became more responsible, sociable as well as I developed my communicative skills. Surely it was a new good opportunity to manifest myself in a professional way.
Translator is not an independent speaker; he can’t express his own points of view. He plays just a role of a gadget with whose help business negotiations are more effectively. The best interpreter for me is the one who is indistinguishable in a conversation and at the same time arranges this conversation in such a way that business partners begin to understand the language communicated by both of them.
The goal of the project in to determine the Strategies of Scientific Discourse Translation on the basis of the translated materials was to the study of specialized terminology in law, economic and midecal field,to work with general ideas and notions, to obtain in the economic, law and medical fields the fairness and quality of the translation.
The field of this project included:
to increase my translation capabilities;
to attempt new words and expressions from different scientific fields;
to develop the quality of translation;
As a result of this activity I have determine how to:
Pursue ethical codes care for the informations confidentiality.
Convert messages and maintaining message content, context and style as much as possible orally or by using hand signs ,simultaneously or consecutively into specified languages.
Check translations of words and terminology to assure that they are correct and remain steady throughout translation modification.
Read scientific works ,legal documents, news reports, and rewrite text into specified languages.
Point out the materials quotation, like lexicons ,dictionaries, ency-clopedias ,computerized terminology stoks.
Gather information and terminology used in translations, including technical terms for business and legal material.
Listen to speakers’ statements using electronic listening systems as necessary to determine meanings and to preparetranslations.

And finaly the CONCLUSION were I wrote about all the material with that I worked during the work of my project and my opinion about all period of project.
The documents that were given for translation involved terms and professionalisms from the field of economics,law and medicine. I translated them with the help of such dictionaries like Oxford Dictionary of Economics,Oxford Dictionary of Law ,Dicționar Englez-Român, Român-Englez, Dicționar de Termeni Economici, Dicționar de Termeni Juridici and other sources. My glossary contained the terms selected in period of the translation practice.
I. SCIENTIFIC DISCOURSE AND STRATEGIES OF TRANSLATION
I.1.Methodology of Translation Studies
Lack of a general methodology of translation studies, it is difficult to foresee the usefulness of rules of globalization traductology. However, the development of a general methodology of translation studies could serve both the interests of the translation as those of trainers and translators. This is not that scientific methodology but also the evolution of tools which have and the translator and the translation specialist that should be taken into account and put at the service of education; critical and searching traductology. In order to focus their implementation in translational practice, we approach a triangular perspective – the traductology methodology, the Translational methods and investigations pretraductionnelles (computer and traditional)-, also referring to discussion, taking into account the computer gives the traditional approach of the phenomenon of practice and translation criticism [2, p.122].
At the time of computer globalization and multilingualism, the methodology of translation studies advocates reflection corresponding to preferred different domains – relatively to the objectives, assumptions, ethics , protocols, and to the application of the research methods, techniques and processes of translation; and the steps and methods of preparing the pre-translation through a thematic and/or terminology documentation. This set clearly affects the organization and processing of data interpretation, reformulation, drafting, self-review and revision [11, online].
Although this context is likely to undermine the existence, the concreteness of the translation, it does disappear not; in one way or another, it will preserve are need strict status in a multi world – and multi-languages. This chain of causes and effects – which confirm the usefulness of a method and invalidate its ethic – draws attention to the risk to the anti when it is implemented systematically ("methodically"): it becomes a method. Full obviously, one cannot study a methodically chaotically.
It is in this framework that we are the purpose of our research. Interdisciplinary, trans disciplinary and pragmatist (aiming the insertion of beginner translators on the labour market), it is to show how we can combine the assimilation of domain-specific knowledge and purely translational skills. If we try to build a bridge between two pedagogical referred having, of course, different objectives, but counting on common thematic data, this is to avoid translators apprentices to trap. The first step is to help distinguish between knowledge and information; then, to grasp the differences in the elements that comprise the cleavages well-worn such as: tradition and innovation; method before and after the Internet; talent and technique or revelation and learning, impressionism and technicalities, etc.

I.2. Experimental Translation Project
It would be unreasonable to consider the methodology and the teaching of translation without defining the multiple purposes of such an undertaking. Our study is centered on two experimental, peeled consecutively, translation projects, the realization of which several students in the master of translation, students and academics attended. The first concerns the translation of the book the translators in history; the second, the translation of the book by Michel Ballard, the proper name in translation [5, online].
To make it appear the necessity of the method, we are interested in the didactics of translation specialized aspects and the difficulties of translation – references historical, geographical and cultural. Lexical elements dated; proper names, rendered by translation processes varied; syntactical rearrangements, imposed by the target language, by the style of the source text, etc.- which are confronted translators during the interlingual transfer of works cited [3, p.44].
Our intention was to demonstrate, translators and trainers of translators, it is advisable to reconcile, in theory and in practice, two speeches: specialty and translation studies; and this, as well as for the close beyond the translation at the University proposed that to give des étudiant (e) s the opportunity to translate "to the professional. Given the electronic environment, the question arises to revisit the educational assessment of learning strategies and the summative evaluation of the skills acquired . Without making it a net distinction, in our case study, we married the teaching of translation, learning through practice and training in translation. Experience real and authentic translation, we held accountable translators and thus avoided a mentalist view, which could establish the pre-eminence of the translation creation at the expense of the content and the meaning of the translated texts. In return, we have promoted as well approach functionalist translation, to ensure the quality of the translation, the text and speech-based approach. The last enabled us to enhance the texts to be translated within the language and Romanian culture, while properly accommodating stylistic and linguistic equivalences between languages in report of translation [7, online].
Evaluation of the translation is carried out at least two degrees, both related to the purpose of the texts to be translated and translated: revision and quality control. In the workplace, for example, translated assessment methodology is subject to the criterion of productivity. We reject this criterion according to which the priority of substance over form is a guarantee of quality. In translation at the University, the evaluation methodology is based on the criterion of quality, requiring both the semantic accuracy (transfer) the quality of the re-expression in target language. This is the reason why we have opted for the revision. Characteristic requirements in the workplace we preserved in the principles to produce a translation faultless, whose presentation is consistent with the original, and the deadlines [2, p.121].
The revision we have found that the quality of translated texts was variable and, therefore, to claim their improvement. We received revisable texts, but also fully acceptable fragments that have significantly facilitated us the task. Then, we asked a linguistic revision in target language, to then return throughout the text and revise terminology, standardizing and respect the authenticity of the author. It only after having concluded all these revisions that we conducted evaluation at several levels: Linguistics, translating, terminology, etc. [5, online].
We consider that it is less acclimation or naturalization and a broadening of the categories of the public referred and, above all, a way to offer contextual models consider the translation of the text of specialty and translation of the proper names.
I.3. Difficulties of Semantic and Pragmatic Translation
When was the necessity of using the coordination of the collective translation of the TDH, we were able to collect various errors in translation that access to electronic, computer and traditind traditional translation tools can solve satisfactorily if they are consulted appropriately [7, online].
The unsatisfactory use of these tools is not that the consequence of a linguistic and translational competence insufficiently cultivated, but, in particular, of a translative irresponsibility. Fake sense due to premature translation equivalents, to semantic equivalences unfit, false meanings, from of a lexical knowledge, or a contraflow that continual attention and a more solid knowledge grammar had preserved translators in sow in translation. It is not to ignore the effect that awakens a clumsy syntax reordering, solecisms, etc., or the effects produced by unfit determined critical ratios that produce some nonsense, lengthen the version or make it difficult to understand the ignorance of the cultural reference and entropy semantic, informational and stylistic influence the meaning is altered in the interlingua transfer in target language [4, p.88].
In addition these linguistic and cultural difficulties sketched in a generic way here and translation tools are likely to resolve some apprentices.
II. PECULARITIES OF TRANSLATON OF SPECIALIZED TERMINOLOGY
II.1.Analysis of Specialized Glossary
II.1.1.Thematic Analysis
Analysis is a technique of describing the subject matter of a language. It goals at building effective models of how specific bodies of cultural content are consistently structured, In a such way the content is characterized by words and expressions in a societies’ language.
The arrangement of terms should be founded on their structural types. First of all I want to say that the law, economic and medical terms are used in the official documents and like a translator it is useful to know their structure. The majority of the glossary was ordered into three groups: mono terms, double-terms, triple terms and quadruple term [7, online].
How we know term’s etymology from Middle English is ”terme”, from Old French -“terme”, from Latin -“terminus” .Well, I use this term with the following meanings in my study as a word or expression used for some particular thing and/or one of the substantive phrases in a logical proposition.
During the study and analysis of terms I noticed their structural classification. So I could confirm that it is a diverse classification with a lots of branches. A branch of terms classification in the following areas is (Diagram 1,Annexes):
Law field (69%);
Economic field (30%);
Medical field (1%).
Law terms
The law field it’s a part of society where is present the collection of rules imposed by authority, exists a legal document setting forth rules governing a particular kind of activity.
Law terms occupy the highest percentage, 69 % of my work. Some of them are:
The meaning of term “report” is: a spoken or written description of an event or situation, especially one intended for publication.
Report /rɪˈpɔːt / is a noun with its etymology from Anglo-Norman “reporter”, Middle French “reporter”, and his source, Latin “reportāre”, from ” re- + portāre ”.
Report means a written document describing the findings of some individual or group.
For example:
En.- The Administrator makes an annual report about the activity of the Company, the inventory act of the goods of the Company and also other documents that have to be presented to the shareholder.
Fr.- L'administrateur rend un rapport annuel sur l'activité de la société, de l'inventaire des biens de la société et aussi d'autres documents qui doivent être présentés à l'actionnaire.
Ro.- Administratorul efectuează un raport anual despre activitatea companiei, actul de inventarul bunurilor companiei și, de asemenea, alte documente care trebuie să fie prezentate acționar.
Another model is the term “Consignment /kənˈsaɪnmənt” ,that has appeared in 1560s,”sealing with sign, from consign + – ment. Meaning “delivery over” is from 1660s; especially of goods, for the sake of sale or auction, from c.1700. Meaning “quality of goods so assigned” is recorded from 1720s and means the delivery of goods for sale or disposal.
The meaning of word consignment is: a batch of goods destined for or delivered to someone, and here an example from the translated document:
En.- The sender is obliged to pay the freight and further costs which burden the goods at the moment of handing over the consignment note or of the goods having been received by the carrier.
Fr- L'expéditeur est tenu de payer le fret et autres frais qui charge les marchandises au moment de la remise de la lettre de voiture ou de la marchandise ayant été reçue par le transporteur.
Ro- Expeditorul este obligat să plătească transportul de mărfuri și alte costuri la momentul de consignație a bunurilor care au fost primite de către transportator.
Economic terms
Economy is the system of production and distribution and consumption and/or an act of economizing; reduction in cost.
The second part with a large number of terms is that with economic terms that consists. Economic terminology consists of 30 % in my study work. For example are the following words: “debtor and condition of payment”.
A debtor is a person or institution that owes a sum of money. And the term “Debtor” /ˈdetə/ early 13c., dettur, dettour, from Old French detour, from Latin debitor “a debter”, from past participle stem of debere. The –b- was restored in later French, and in English c.1560- c. 1660. The KJV has deter three times, debter three times, debtor twice and debtour once [11, online].
Here is an example from document:
En.- The extra-legal collection expenses are due as from the moment when the debtor fails to pay and the claim hasbeen referred to a third party for collection.
Fr.- Les frais de collection exécutions extrajudiciaires sont dues à partir du moment où le débiteur ne paie pas et la demande a été référée à un tiers pour la collection.
Ro.- Cheltuielile extra legale de colectare sunt scadente din momentul când debitorul nu reușește să plătească și cererea a fost menționat pentru o terță parte pentru colectare.
Payment /ˈpeɪmənt/ came in our use in the late 14 century, from French paiement, from paiier.
Payment is the action or process of paying someone or something.The one member term noun “payment” is present in the document which I had translated.
Example of using this term:
En.- The monthly payment of the land lease is set in the amount of 1200 (one thousand two hundred) lei MD.
Fr.- Le paiement mensuel de la location de terres a la valeur d'un montant de 1200 (mille deux cents) lei MD.
Ro.- Plata lunara a pamîntului este stabilit în valoare de 1200 (una mie două sute) de lei MD .
Medical Terminology
Medical terminology has different difficulties. Medical terminology is language that is used to accurately describe the human body and associated components, conditions, processes and procedures in a science-based manner. In my work study medical field represent [7, online] a thorough physical examination; includes a variety of tests depending on the age and sex and health of the person. For example the term “Medical approval” that means a thorough physical examination; includes a variety of tests depending on the age and sex and health of the person. Here is an example:
En.- Psychological tests, medical checks without any notifications and medical approval without any restrictions for taking the role of international driver.
Fr.-Les tests psychologiques, médicaux vérifie sans aucun avis et autorisation médicale sans aucune restriction d'avoir pris le rôle de pilote international.
Ro.-Teste psihologice, controale medicale fără notificări și aprobarea medicale fără restricții pentru a lua rolul de conducător auto internațional.
II.1.2. Structural and Morphological Classification of Terms
Another classification of the terms which is that they are also divided into nouns(93%),verbs (6%)and adjectives(1%), ( as we can trace in table 2,Annexes ).
Here are some translated examples:
Petrol station is an establishment selling petrol and oil (and sometimes also other supplies and services) for motor vehicles .The term “Petrol station” is double term noun. Example of using of term:
En.- Because the price at the pump differs from the price paid by Boekestijn Transport Service, we have prepared this instruction regarding the choosing of the correct petrol station.
Fr.- Parce que le prix à la pompe est différent du prix payé par le Service de Transport Boekestein, nous avons préparé cette instruction concernant le choix de la station d'essence correcte.
Ro.- Pentru că prețul la pompă diferă de prețul plătit de servicii de Transport Boekestijn, am pregătit acest instrucțiuni privind alegerea corectă a stației de ealimentare cu combustibil .
Dispatch =noun: this term means the sending of someone or something to a destination or for a purpose. Example of using of term:
En.-Driver receives instructions from Dispatch concerning the petrol station and the number of litres that can be refuelled.
Fr.- Pilote reçoit des instructions d'Expédition concernant la station d'essence et le nombre de litres qui peut être ravitaillé en carburant.
Ro.- Conducătorul auto primește instrucțiuni de privind stație de benzină și numărul de litri, care poate fi poate schimba cursei.
To monitor =verb:
To observe and check the progress or quality of (something) over a period of time; keep under systematic review.
Example of using of term:
En.- This enables the recruitment team to monitor the candidates’ employment situation and any changes in the process of validity of required documents.
Fr.- Cela permet à l'équipe de recrutement surveiller la situation de l'emploi des candidats et toutes les modifications dans le processus de la validité des documents requis.
Ro.- Acest lucru permite echipei de recrutare pentru a monitoriza situația de muncă candidaților și orice schimbări în procesul de valabilitatea documentelor necesare.
To empower =verb:
Giving someone the power to do something is the meaning of the verb to empower. Example of using of term:
En.- I empower him to represent me in all legal authorities of the Republic of Moldova, awarding all the rights in the procedural actions provided by the Civil Procedural Code for the parties participating at the process, solicitant, third persons, intervenient, etc, with the right to hire lowers.
Fr.- Je lui pour me représenter dans toutes les autorités légales de de Moldova, habiliter accordant tous les droits sur les actes de procédure prévues par le Code de procédure civile des parties participant au processus, prin, tiers, intervenient, etc., avec le droit d'embaucher s'abaisse.
Ro.- Îl împuternicesc să mă reprezinte în toate instanțele judecătorești de toate nivelurile din Republica Moldova,împuternicindu-l cu toate drepturilea acțiunii proceduale prevăzute de Codul Procedură Civilă pentru părțile în proces, reclamant,persoană terță, intervinient, etc.,cu dreptul de a angaja avocat.
Confidential_ adjective: The level of official classification for documents next above restricted and below secret available only to persons authorized to see documents so classified.
Example of using of term:
En.- not divulge confidential information regarding activity of the Company;
Fr.- ne pas divulguer des informations confidentielles concernant l'activité de la société ;
Ro.- nu divulga informațiile confidențiale cu privire la activitatea societății;
And one more classification made by me is divided into the types of nouns( such as in as shown in the diagram of table 3).This group contains 93 terms (93 %), which includes: 65 one member terms (65%), 24 two member terms (24%), 3 three member terms (3%), 1 four member term (1%).
One member terms
Of the total number of nouns highest number (65%) occupied one member nouns. Some of them are:
Carrier /ˈkarɪə/ : mono term -noun that means a large warship that carries planes and has a long flat deck for takeoffs and landings and whose etymology is a Northern Athabaskan language spoken in Canada. Sometimes considered to be three separate languages; Southern Carrier, Northern Carrier and Central Carrier.

Two member terms
Two member terms (24%) I have analyzed in more detail, these terms are formed according to the formula: Adjective + Noun, Noun +Noun. Here are some examples:
Driving license /ˈdraɪvɪŋ/ /ˈlaɪsəns/: double term – noun ( Adjective + Noun )
The word” Driving” appear from Middle English .The act of controlling and steering the movement of a vehicle or animal is the meaning of the term “driving”.
Term “License” has its etymology from Old French licence, from Latin licentia (“license”), from licens, present participle of licere (“to be allowed, be allowable”); compare linquere, Ancient Greek λείπω (“leave”).And this term represent a legal document giving official permission to do something.

Another example of two member terms is the word Recruitment process /rɪˈkruːtmənt/ /ˈprəʊses/(Noun+ Noun)
The term “Recruitment” has its etymology from recruit + -ment, (French: recruitment).This is an act of getting recruits; enlisting people for the army (or for a job or a cause etc.).
The noun” Process “with its etymology came to us from Old French procés (“journey”), from Latin processus, past participle of procedo.
The meaning of the word “process” is a particular course of action intended to achieve a result.

En.- Analyzing criminal records, any convictions will eliminate the candidate from the further recruitment process.
Fr.- Analysant les casiers judiciaires, toute condamnation permettra d'éliminer le candidat de l'autre cours de recrutement.
Ro.- Analizând antecedente penale, orice condamnări vor elimina candidatul din procesul de recrutare.
a) Three member terms (3%) are also present in my analyze of nouns. This group of three member-terms include just 3 terms, which are formed according to the scheme:

Right of lien /raɪt/ /ɒv, (ə)v/ /liːn, ˈliːən/: three member term- noun
The term “right ”is an abstract idea of that which is due to a person or governmental body by law or tradition or nature .The noun Right has two etymological meanings :
1. From Middle English right (“right”), from Old English riht, reht (“right”), from Proto-Germanic *rehtaz (“right, direct”), from Proto-Indo-European *h₃reǵtós (“having moved in a straight line”), from Proto-Indo-European *h₃reǵ- (“to straighten, direct”). An Indo-European past participle, it became a Germanic adjective which has been used also as a noun since the common Germanic period. Cognate with West Frisian rjocht, Dutch recht, German recht/Recht, Swedish rätt and rät, Danish ret, Norwegian rett, and Icelandic rétt. Four member terms
“Dissolving of the company” is a quadruple noun.
Meaning of this noun is: close down or dismiss (an assembly or official body).

Ro.-pentru a cere dizolvarea companiei
Thematic analysis underlines pinpointing, examining, and recording patterns. The themes become the categories for analysis. Here are some terms which are part of the same theme. So, this classification contains three groups of legal terminology representing next legal ideas: legal process and components, legal function, legal institutions.
a) The first category is named Legal function. Here are included terms and combinations of terms which represent the function or position of the person in the legal area: Lessor (Romanian- arendator, Franch- bailleur), lessee (in Romanian- chiriaș, French- Preneur à bail ), private notary (in Romanian- notar privat, French- Notaire privé), Shareholder (in Romanian- Acționar, in Franch- actionnaire), Heir (in Romanian- moștenitor, in Franch- Héritier).
Some examples of the use of terms in translated texts:
Lessor:
En.-The Lessor may change the dimensions of the lease in case of prices, tariffs, payments change or of the amortization rules regulated by the state.
Ro.-Arendatorul poate schimba dimensiunile de leasing în cazul prețurilor, tarifelor, plăților schimba sau normelor de amortizare reglementate de stat.

II.2. Lexical Difficulties in Legal Terminology Translation
The term is one of the essential units of language and according to this feature we can construct sentences, phrases. It is known that greatest part of terms take numerous concepts and thus have the conforming number of meanings. A word having numerous connotations is named polysemantic, and the skill of words to have more than one sense is defined by the term polysemy.
Polysemy is the ability for a word, phrase, or symbol to have many senses. The multiple meanings of a term may be unconnected or unrelated, that it is called homonymy. The procedures of polysemy expansion comprise both the presence of the loss of old ones and the new sense. For example the term: capital, can be found as a noun, adjective , adverb and like a exclamation, it turns on its function and position in a sentence, then in our circumstance is a noun its translation in Romanian capital- capital and French- capitaux.
According to the http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/, dictionary the term capital as a noun can mean: 1.A letter of the size and form used to begin sentences and names; 2.A valuable resource of a particular kind;3. The excess of a company’s assets over its liabilities. As an Adjective it denotes: 1. liable to the death penalty; 2. large in size and of the form used to begin sentences and names.; 3. informal, dated excellent.
In my translation I discovered this term in the title of the document: Articles of Association OF THE COMPANY WITH FOREIGN CAPITAL “BOEKESTIJN TRANSPORT SERVICE” Limited Liability Company, and I translated it into Romanian as: Statutul Întreprinderii cu Capital Străin “ Boekestijn Transport Service” Societate cu Răspundere Limitată, and into French- Statut de l'entreprise à capitaux étrangers “ Boekestein Transport Service „société à responsabilité limitée. We can understand that the translation is diverse because it is an official and standard form request.
Succeeding the rules of the official style of Romanian and French in translation of the title we misplaced the preposition the, because it’s semantic doesn’t correlate with the pragmatic importance of the translated text.
Another example of term is lease, which can have different meanings as noun, adjective and verb. As a noun: 1 property that is leased or rented out or let; 2. a contract granting use or occupation of property during a specified time for a specified payment; 3. the period of time during which a contract conveying property to a person is in effect; In my translation I use only adjectival senses.
These meanings are from the electronic form of Free Dictionary, but for my right translation of the document “CONTRACT NO. 02 OF LEASE” from Romanian into English translation, I needed a specially dictionary of legal terminology. Conferring to the full text I translate “locațiune” like “lease” specifying the agreement or concretely the” period of occupancy” [9, online].
In translation too significant is to use correctly synonyms because synonyms are terms only similar in meaning. It is well-known that synonyms can be defined as two or more terms of the same language, fitting to the same part of speech and having one or more identical senses. In different cases are used different synonyms and there are lists of terms which have more synonyms. So one of the terms is:
Law- act, bill, constitution, ordinance, statute, lawful, legal
Owing to these synonyms we can get a good translated text and it will be valued like rather unique, translated in a specific way.
CONCLUSION
Gouadec believes that” specialized translator is a distinct profession “because the translator works on written texts more information that what is intended for specialists in the field. The notional content-rich and with immediate effect, specialized texts contain many new terms that belong to the technical vocabularies, but the terms of the political and economic life, the terms will be the subject of an investigation and, if necessary, terminology.
The use of dictionaries is not, unfortunately, a solution, that's why the translator uses specialists to be the guarantee of translating. Technical terms are vocabulary expansion, designate precisely a notion or an object and are not replaced unless the technical and scientific development so requires.
Translator's effort is huge and consists both in terms of the least known, passive or active, but unknown for specialists and keeping the pace of renewal of specialty language, which is constantly changing, because it reflects changing society and changing realities.
The Organization of pre translation and translation after the complexity of the translation, collaboration between the translator and the translation (client and/or recipient), co-operation between translator and specialists in the field of TS, access to data banks and complying with all of these stages of the translation provides translation of indisputable clarity from all points of view: quantitative and qualitative information.
Samuel Johnson said that „A translator is to be like his author,it is not a business to excel him.”. To be like author of text it is certainly the practice is necessary and for obtaining good results in this domains theoretical studies are also indeed.By practicing translation of the materials we can finally bring out the ability to realize a really great translation .
This project was a new convinience to establish, to show and to check out my competences in this fields. I studied to assert on the quality of translation ; to work with terms and dictionaries, trying to find the best translation for a word. I also bring out a extensive practice in the informational field. I took acquaintance with their method of working and became more responsible, sociable as well as I developed my communicative skills. Surely it was a new good opportunity to manifest myself in a professional way.

In case non European drivers, Boekestijn Transport applies for work permits. It takes 30 days for Home Office to process application. After this period of time the future Boekestijn employee is entitled to receive Schengen zone countries visa. This document entitles them to work in and move in the countries only.
Checklist
There is a checklist which is to be completed when a new driver is hired. This checklist can be found at Intranet, forms: Form F86. When the checklist is finished this needs to put in the personal dossier of the driver. The checklist should always be finished before hiring a new employee.
Denial Criteria
If during the interview/investigation the existence of a criminal conviction is discovered, this does not automatically disqualify an applicant. A conviction will disqualify an applicant where the record reveals the conviction is “job-related”. In general, a conviction is “job-related” when the conviction has a negative effect on the applicant's ability to perform the job in an acceptable and businesslike manner. Examples of “job-related” convictions include the following:
Theft
Sexual offences
Drug offences
Assault (may include domestic violence)
Other criminal convictions on a case-by-case basis
Serious driving convictions
REEMPLOYMENT
Boekestijn Transport agrees on reemploying candidates only when all the conditions below are strictly followed:
The candidate needs to meet all the standard criteria of recruitment matrix as for new employees
No restriction on current medical approval/checks and psychological tests
No convictions on current criminal records checks
The Boekestijn background of the candidate is verified including all remarks from the period of his/ her employment within the company
Verifying terms of dissolving contract with Boekestijn, disciplinary reasons will eliminate the candidates from the consideration of reemployment

Taking telephone references from all the previous employer from the period of last three years

All previously employed drivers are subjected to receive all the training sessions on the same conditions as new employees
PREEMPLOYMENT STAGE
On the starting date each employee is given one hour training with members of recruitment team. This time enables candidate to find out all the required information regarding the details of company’s functioning, range of the driver’s responsibilities, health and safety training session, internal procedures and employees’ rights within the organization.
The new employee is given the contact details of each department in but also all the required emergency details of Dutch and Polish members of Boekestijn.
Additionally, each driver is given general theoretical training regarding their daily tasks.

All the drivers are taken to the head office in Mill.

Drivers are given DVD player with instructions on DVD in their own native language regarding Boekestijn and Customers generally established rules.
TAS Workers.
Boekestijn Transport doesn’t work with TAS workers as drivers. All drivers will be contracted by Boekestijn Transport SP.Z.O.O.
NOTE: When, in urgent matters, Boekestijn will contract a TAS Worker, he must fulfill these same criteria as all other employees of Boekestijn Transport. And provide all the same documents to the HR department.
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
Since January 2012 all candidates sign contract for the period of 10 years. In case they want to terminate the contract early they are obligated to provide the recruitment team with a written notice on period of two weeks.
Both sites the company- employer and the employees are able to terminate the contact but only on the condition of two weeks notice.
Reasons for disciplinary termination of contract:
Consumption of alcohol during period of working hours is strictly forbidden
Enlarge diesel difference usage without technical explanation
Unloading problems- not following instructions of clients
Receiving three complains regarding personal hygiene/appearance, not following the company dress codes
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT:
Reasons for termination of contract are notified in remark spreadsheet for future employment references and case of reemployment
The employee is being deactivated on dossier with the exit date – end date of contract
The employees are asked to return the truck and all the folder with instructions, licenses and fully completed check rapport

Cînd candidatul este dispus să semneze un contract ,echipa de recrutare se află în dreptul de a verifica cerințele candidatului pentru ultimii trei ani cu angajatorul anterior.Încheierea cererii permite echipei de recrutare să efectueze controale de referință.

În cazul șoferilor din afara Uniunii Europene,compania Boekestijn Transport acceptă cererile pentru lucru . Procesul cererii durează 30 zile lucrătoare în oficiul central. După această periadă de timp viitorul angajat a companiei Boekestijn are dreputl de a primi viza Schengen . Acest document le oferă dreptul angajaților de a lucra în Polonia și a se afla doar pe teritoriul țărilor zonei Schengen.
Fișă de verificare
Există o fișă de verificare care trebuie completată cînd un nou conducător auto este angajat.Fișa de verificare poate fi gasită ,forma : forma F86.Cînd fișa de verificare este completă,aceasta trebuie pusă în dosarul personal al șoferului.Fișa de verificare întotdeauna trebuie să fie completă înainte de a angaja un nou lucrător.
Criteriile de refuz
Dacă pe parcursul interviului/investigației se va descoperi existența unei condamnări criminale, acest lucru nu va discalifica în mod automat un solicitant.Condamnarea va descalifica un solicitant în cazul în care înregistrarea dezvăluie că convingerea este legată de locul de muncă.În general , o condamnare este legată de lucru atnuci cînd condamnarea a avut un efect negativ asupra abilității solicitantului pentru a efectua lucrul într-un mod acceptabil și înr-o manieră de afaceri.Exemplu de condamnări legate de lucru include următoarele date :
Furt
Infracțiuni sexuale
Infracțiuni legate de droguri
Asaltul (poate include violența domestică )
Alte condamnări criminale bazate pe oricare caz criminal

Compania Boekestijn Transport permite reangajarea candidaților numai în cazul în care vor fi urmate cu strictețe toate condițiile mai jos :
Candidatul trebuie să îndeplinească toate criteriile standarte a matricelor de recrutare ca pentru noii angajați
Nici o restricție asupra aprobării medicale / controale și teste psiholgice
Nici o condamnare curentă la cazierele juridice
Fondul companiei Boekestijn a candidaților este verificat incluzînd toate remărcile de la perioada de încadrare în muncă în cadrul companiei.
Verificarea termenilor de dizolvare a contractului cu compania Boekestijn,din motive disciplinare va elimina candidații din punct de vedere de la considerarea de reangajare.

Vor fi luate toate referințele telefonice de la angajatorul anterior din perioada ultimilor 3 ani

Toți conducătorii auto angajați anterior sunt supuși să obțină ședințele de instruire în aceleși condiții ca un nou angajat .
Etapele de reangajare :
Pentru început fiecărui angajat îi este oferită o oră de pregătire cu membrii echipei de recrutare. Acuma i se permite candidatului să afle informații cu privire la detaliile funcției companiei , gama de responsibilități a conducătorilor auto,ședința de formare a siguranței și sănătății,procedurile interne și drepturile angajaților în cadrul organizației.
Noului angajator îi sunt oferite detaliile contractuale ale fiecărui departament în Polonia, de asemenea și toate detaliile necesare de urgență ai membrilor olandezi și polonezi a companiei Boekestijn.
În plus,fiecare conducător auto face cursul de formare generală teoretică cu privire la sarcinile lor de zi cu zi.
Fiecare conducător auto primește :
O ședință despre sănătate și securitate.Noului conducător auto îi este oferită uniforma companiei ce include : încălțăminte,jachetă ,tricou, cască.
Manualul cu instrucțiunile conducătorului auto.Recrutorul în timpul ședinței oferă informații detaliate.
Instrucțiunile de alimentare cu combustibil a vehicolului.

Noul angajator de asemenea completează cererea pentru concediu pentru perioada lunii viitoare în scopul planificării ei.

Notă :În cazul problemelor urgente,compania Boekestijn va contracta un lucrător TAS, el trebuie să îndeplinească aceleasi criterii ca și toți ceilalți angajatori a companiei Boekestijn Transport.De asemenea să furnizeze aceleași documente la departamentul de resurse umane.
Încheierea contractului
Din luna ianuarie 2012 toți candidații semnează contractul pentyru o peroadă de 10 ani.în cazul în care angajații doresc să încheie contractul mai devreme ei sunt obligați să furnizeze echipei de recrutare o notificare în formă scrisă timp de 2 săptămîni.
Ambele părți compania-angajatorul și angajatorii sunt capabili de a rezilia contractul,dar numai cu condiția de anunțare cu 2 săptămîni înainte.
Motivele rezilierei concractului :
-Consumarea alcoolului în timpul orelor de lucru este strict interzisă.
-Utilizarea diferenței de diesel marită fără explicații tehnice.
-Probleme de descărcare – nu urmează instrucțiunile clienților.
-A primit 3 reclamații cu privire la igiena și aspectul personal,nu poartă uniforma companiei.
Rezilierea contractului :
-Motivele de rezeliere a contractului sunt notificate în foaia de calcul a remărcilor pentru viitoarele referințe de angajare și reangajare
-Angajatorul este dezactivat în dosar la data rezilierii- ultima data a contractului.
-Angajatorii sunt rugați să întoarcă camionul și toate dosarele cu instrucțiuni,licențele și raportul de verificare completat.
-Conducătorul auto este obligat să raporteze echipei HR toate procedurile administrative (verificarea concediului rămas,actualizarea candidatului cu procedura de certificat angajator).
Conducătorul auto este oligat să întoarcă toate manualele și instrucțiunile primite recent care de asemenea includ trecerea barierelor,cardurile bancare,uniforma companiei.

The stage of screening analyzes applications submitted by the candidates in the response to the announcement of the advertised position. Boekestijn Transport promotes diversity and Equal Opportunity. Checking validity of documents
Testing candidates’ knowledge of a foreign language level via short conversation in a chosen foreign language
In case when the candidates do not meet one of the above criteria during telephone interview their application is moved to Boekestijn database and reviewed on regular basis. This enables the recruitment team to monitor the candidates’ employment situation and any changes in the process of validity of required documents.
To avoid discrimination each candidate is asked to indicate if they have any special requirements when they shortlisted for the interview.
The candidates are being informed via phone or/ and email with the details of their interview, date, time ,address, contact number, details of recruiter. In the email they are asked to bring the following documents:

Medical approval with psychological tests stating that the candidate is suitable to take responsibilities of the role

INTERVIEW STAGE:
The recruiter starts the interview representing the company background, focusing of the role of the candidates within the whole company structure.
The recruiter encourages the candidate to talk how his/her skills and experience apply to the role.
Additionally, the interviewer verifies:
Validity of all the required documents: ADR, driving license, driver’s card, passport or European ID card
Analyzing criminal records, any convictions will eliminate the candidate from the further recruitment process
Detailed summary of all the previous employment certificates with attention to the conditions of resolving the previous contracts
Candidate’s neat appearance and personal culture
When the candidate is willing to sign a contract the recruitment team is entitled to check candidates’ references within previous employer from the period of last three years. The closure on application allows recruitment team to carry reference checks.

In case non European drivers, Boekestijn Transport applies for work permits. It takes 30 days for Home Office to process application. After this period of time the future Boekestijn employee is entitled to receive Schengen zone countries visa. This document entitles them to work in and move in the countries only.
Checklist
There is a checklist which is to be completed when a new driver is hired. This checklist can be found at Intranet, forms: Form F86. When the checklist is finished this needs to put in the personal dossier of the driver. The checklist should always be finished before hiring a new employee.
Denial Criteria
If during the interview/investigation the existence of a criminal conviction is discovered, this does not automatically disqualify an applicant. A conviction will disqualify an applicant where the record reveals the conviction is “job-related”. In general, a conviction is “job-related” when the conviction has a negative effect on the applicant's ability to perform the job in an acceptable and businesslike manner. Examples of “job-related” convictions include the following:
Theft
Sexual offences
Drug offences
Assault (may include domestic violence)
Other criminal convictions on a case-by-case basis
Serious driving convictions
REEMPLOYMENT
Boekestijn Transport agrees on reemploying candidates only when all the conditions below are strictly followed:
The candidate needs to meet all the standard criteria of recruitment matrix as for new employees
No restriction on current medical approval/checks and psychological tests
No convictions on current criminal records checks
The Boekestijn background of the candidate is verified including all remarks from the period of his/ her employment within the company
Verifying terms of dissolving contract with Boekestijn, disciplinary reasons will eliminate the candidates from the consideration of reemployment
Analyzing the most recent employment certificate and reasons for the termination of the contract
Taking telephone references from all the previous employer from the period of last three years

All previously employed drivers are subjected to receive all the training sessions on the same conditions as new employees
PREEMPLOYMENT STAGE
On the starting date each employee is given one hour training with members of recruitment team. This time enables candidate to find out all the required information regarding the details of company’s functioning, range of the driver’s responsibilities, health and safety training session, internal procedures and employees’ rights within the organization.
The new employee is given the contact details of each department in but also all the required emergency details of Dutch and Polish members of Boekestijn.
Additionally, each driver is given general theoretical training regarding their daily tasks.
Each driver receives:
Health and safety training. New driver is handed in companies uniform including: shoes, jacket, t-shirt, cap
Handbook with driver’s instructions. Recruiter during training provides detailed information
Fuel tanking instructions

The new employee also complete holiday request for the period of coming month for the planning purpose

STARTING DAY:
All the drivers are taken to the head office in Mill.
On the first day the new drivers participate in verification of their practical and theoretical driving knowledge.

Drivers are given 9 hours break
Training by Dutch instructor regarding:
practical knowledge of the truck
detailed guidelines in regards of using tank/toll cards/boxes
using satellite system (macro’s), digital tachograph.

Driver Security Awareness Training and Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
Explanations of general parking and office rules
Cotrae Practical Driving Exam verifies the quality of drivers’ practical skills. Testing divining abilities such as driving for at least 30 min, loading, offloading.
Guidelines in regards of using yes money cards, gate passes
Drivers are given DVD player with instructions on DVD in their own native language regarding Boekestijn and Customers generally established rules.
TAS Workers.
Boekestijn Transport doesn’t work with TAS workers as drivers. All drivers will be contracted by Boekestijn Transport SP.Z.O.O.
NOTE: When, in urgent matters, Boekestijn will contract a TAS Worker, he must fulfill these same criteria as all other employees of Boekestijn Transport. And provide all the same documents to the HR department.
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
Since January 2012 all candidates sign contract for the period of 10 years. In case they want to terminate the contract early they are obligated to provide the recruitment team with a written notice on period of two weeks.
Both sites the company- employer and the employees are able to terminate the contact but only on the condition of two weeks notice.
Reasons for disciplinary termination of contract:
Consumption of alcohol during period of working hours is strictly forbidden
Enlarge diesel difference usage without technical explanation
Unloading problems- not following instructions of clients
Receiving three complains regarding personal hygiene/appearance, not following the company dress codes
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT:
Reasons for termination of contract are notified in remark spreadsheet for future employment references and case of reemployment
The employee is being deactivated on dossier with the exit date – end date of contract
The employees are asked to return the truck and all the folder with instructions, licenses and fully completed check rapport
The driver is obligated to report to HR team regarding all administrative procedures (verification of outstanding holiday, updating candidate with employer certificate procedure)
The driver is obligated to return all handbooks and previously received instructions also including gates passes, yes money cards, company’s uniform.

Toate cererile primite sunt analizate conform următoarelor geneze de încadrare stabilită intern de companie :
Verificarea studiilor anterioare a candidaților.Fiecare candidat trebuie să dețină cel puțin invățămămîntul secundar.
Carnetul de muncă.Analiza frecvenței scimbării locului de muncă.
Ultimii doi ani de experiență în transportul internațional.
Cursul ADR complet.
Permis de conducere valabil.
Card de conducere valabil.
Interviu telefonic :
Pentru a stabili și clarifica dacă candidații selectați pot să îndeplinească calificările , Boekestijn uitilizează instrumenetele de ecranizare.Criteriile de selecție vor fi baza pe care se ia decizia de selecție și ele sunt un punct primar si esențial de referință dacă decizia este contestată.
Discutarea istoriei ocupării forței de muncă
Verificarea oricăror lacune ,motive a candidatului la locul de muncă
Verificarea valabilității actelor
Testarea nivelului de cunoștere a limbilor străine a candidaților printr-o conversare nu prea mare într-o limbă străină aleasă.
În cazul cînd candidații nu îndeplinesc criteriile de mai sus în timpul interviului telefonic, cererea dumnealor este amplasată în bazele de date a companiei Boekestijn și sunt revizuite periodic.Acest lucru permite echipei de recrutare să monitorizeze situația de angajare a candidaților și orice schimbări în procesul de valabilitate a documentelor necesare.
Pentru a evita orice discriminare fiecare candidat este rugat să indice orice cerințe speciale cind candidează pentru interviu.
Candidații sunt informați prin telefon sau /și email cu detaliile de la interviul lor, data,ora,adresa,numărul de contac,detaliile de recrutare.În email, ei sunt rugați să aducă următoarele documente:
Cele mai recente verificări de la cazierul judiciar
Toate carnetele de muncă
Cel mai recent certificat/diplomă a studiilor de învățămînt complete
Certificatul medical ce include teste psihologice care să ateste capabilitatea candidatului de a fi responsabil la lucru
Permis de conducere și card de condure valabile ,cursul ADR complet și actele de identitate.
Etapele interviului :
Recrutorul începe interviul prin prezentarea condițiilor companiei,concentrîndu-se la rolul candidaților în întreaga structură a companiei.
Recrutorul încurajează candidatul să vorbească despre competențele si experiențele sale aplicate pentru ocuparea locului de muncă.
Intervievatorul verifică suplimentar :
Valabilitate toturor documentelor necesare:cursul ADR,permisul de conducere,cardul de conducere,pasaportul sau card de indentitate Eropean
Analiza antecendentelor penale,orice condamnări care elimină candidatul din procesul de recrutare
Rezumatul detaliat al tuturor carnetelor de muncă anterioare cu atenția condițiilor de rezolvare a contractelor anterioare
Aspectul îngrijit și civilizarea candidatului
Cînd candidatul este dispus să semneze un contract ,echipa de recrutare se află în dreptul de a verifica cerințele candidatului pentru ultimii trei ani cu angajatorul anterior.Încheierea cererii permite echipei de recrutare să efectueze controale de referință.
Cerințele administrative pentru ocuparea forței de muncă propuse de șoferii Uniunii Europene:
Acte de identitate valabile și /sau pașaport
Cursul ADR complet și valabil
Antecendente penale recente timp de o lună fără notificare de condamnări

Teste psihologice,controale medicale fără nici o notificare și aprobare medicală fără oarecare restricții pentru a se încadra în rolul de conducător auto internațional

În cazul șoferilor din afara Uniunii Europene,compania Boekestijn Transport acceptă cererile pentru lucru . Procesul cererii durează 30 zile lucrătoare în oficiul central. După această periadă de timp viitorul angajat a companiei Boekestijn are dreputl de a primi viza Schengen . Acest document le oferă dreptul angajaților de a lucra în Polonia și a se afla doar pe teritoriul țărilor zonei Schengen.
Fișă de verificare
Există o fișă de verificare care trebuie completată cînd un nou conducător auto este angajat.Fișa de verificare poate fi gasită ,forma : forma F86.Cînd fișa de verificare este completă,aceasta trebuie pusă în dosarul personal al șoferului.Fișa de verificare întotdeauna trebuie să fie completă înainte de a angaja un nou lucrător.
Criteriile de refuz
Dacă pe parcursul interviului/investigației se va descoperi existența unei condamnări criminale, acest lucru nu va discalifica în mod automat un solicitant.Condamnarea va descalifica un solicitant în cazul în care înregistrarea dezvăluie că convingerea este legată de locul de muncă.În general , o condamnare este legată de lucru atnuci cînd condamnarea a avut un efect negativ asupra abilității solicitantului pentru a efectua lucrul într-un mod acceptabil și înr-o manieră de afaceri.Exemplu de condamnări legate de lucru include următoarele date :
Furt
Infracțiuni sexuale
Infracțiuni legate de droguri
Asaltul (poate include violența domestică )
Alte condamnări criminale bazate pe oricare caz criminal
Condamnări serioase în condurea vehicolelor
Reangajarea
Compania Boekestijn Transport permite reangajarea candidaților numai în cazul în care vor fi urmate cu strictețe toate condițiile mai jos :
Candidatul trebuie să îndeplinească toate criteriile standarte a matricelor de recrutare ca pentru noii angajați
Nici o restricție asupra aprobării medicale / controale și teste psiholgice
Nici o condamnare curentă la cazierele juridice
Fondul companiei Boekestijn a candidaților este verificat incluzînd toate remărcile de la perioada de încadrare în muncă în cadrul companiei.
Verificarea termenilor de dizolvare a contractului cu compania Boekestijn,din motive disciplinare va elimina candidații din punct de vedere de la considerarea de reangajare.
Analiza celui mai recent carnet de muncă și motivele pentru anularea contractului
Vor fi luate toate referințele telefonice de la angajatorul anterior din perioada ultimilor 3 ani
Aprobare de la director
Toți conducătorii auto angajați anterior sunt supuși să obțină ședințele de instruire în aceleși condiții ca un nou angajat .
Etapele de reangajare :
Pentru început fiecărui angajat îi este oferită o oră de pregătire cu membrii echipei de recrutare. Acuma i se permite candidatului să afle informații cu privire la detaliile funcției companiei , gama de responsibilități a conducătorilor auto,ședința de formare a siguranței și sănătății,procedurile interne și drepturile angajaților în cadrul organizației.
Noului angajator îi sunt oferite detaliile contractuale ale fiecărui departament în Polonia, de asemenea și toate detaliile necesare de urgență ai membrilor olandezi și polonezi a companiei Boekestijn.
În plus,fiecare conducător auto face cursul de formare generală teoretică cu privire la sarcinile lor de zi cu zi.
Fiecare conducător auto primește :
O ședință despre sănătate și securitate.Noului conducător auto îi este oferită uniforma companiei ce include : încălțăminte,jachetă ,tricou, cască.
Manualul cu instrucțiunile conducătorului auto.Recrutorul în timpul ședinței oferă informații detaliate.
Instrucțiunile de alimentare cu combustibil a vehicolului.
Sumarul sistemului macro.
Noul angajator de asemenea completează cererea pentru concediu pentru perioada lunii viitoare în scopul planificării ei.
Noului anajat i se oferă ședința de formare cu reprezentantul HR.Conținutul documentelor de mai jos se discută și se primește exemplarul semnat de către angajat:
Copia codului intern de muncă a companiei Boekestijn
Acordul procedurilor fiscale incluse în documentul PIT
Aprobarea intulată de compania Boekestijn penru a aplica la asigurarea medicală europeană
Acordul de returnare a cardului de asigurări medicale Europene dupa încheierea contractului.
Confirmarea adresei curente.
Completarea cereri pentru concediu pentru perioada lunii viitoare
Aprobare în forma scrisă a primirii manualului de instrucțiuni,ședința cursului de formare despre sănătate și securitate și instrucțiunile de alimentare a vehicolului.
Prima zi de lucru :
Toți conducătorii auto sunt luați în oficiul central în Mill.
În prima zi de lucru noii conducători auto participă la verificarea cunostințelor sale practice și teoretice în conducere.
Noul conducător auto face cunoștință cu echipa de planificare.

Prin examenul practic de condure se verifică calitatea abilităților de conducere.
Orientări în ceea ce privește utilizarea cardurilor bancare ,barierei de trecere.
Conducătorilor auto sunt date DVD player cu instrucțiuni pe DVD în propria lor limbă maternă în ceea ce privește regulile generale stabilite de Boekestijn și Clienți.
Lucratorii TAS.
Compania Boekestijn Transport nu angajeză lucrătorii TAS în funcție de conducători auto.Toți conducătorii auto vor fi contractați de compania Boekestijn SP.Z.O.O.
Notă :În cazul problemelor urgente,compania Boekestijn va contracta un lucrător TAS, el trebuie să îndeplinească aceleasi criterii ca și toți ceilalți angajatori a companiei Boekestijn Transport.De asemenea să furnizeze aceleași documente la departamentul de resurse umane.
Încheierea contractului
Din luna ianuarie 2012 toți candidații semnează contractul pentyru o peroadă de 10 ani.în cazul în care angajații doresc să încheie contractul mai devreme ei sunt obligați să furnizeze echipei de recrutare o notificare în formă scrisă timp de 2 săptămîni.
Ambele părți compania-angajatorul și angajatorii sunt capabili de a rezilia contractul,dar numai cu condiția de anunțare cu 2 săptămîni înainte.
Motivele rezilierei concractului :
-Consumarea alcoolului în timpul orelor de lucru este strict interzisă.
-Utilizarea diferenței de diesel marită fără explicații tehnice.
-Probleme de descărcare – nu urmează instrucțiunile clienților.
-A primit 3 reclamații cu privire la igiena și aspectul personal,nu poartă uniforma companiei.
Rezilierea contractului :
-Motivele de rezeliere a contractului sunt notificate în foaia de calcul a remărcilor pentru viitoarele referințe de angajare și reangajare
-Angajatorul este dezactivat în dosar la data rezilierii- ultima data a contractului.
-Angajatorii sunt rugați să întoarcă camionul și toate dosarele cu instrucțiuni,licențele și raportul de verificare completat.
-Conducătorul auto este obligat să raporteze echipei HR toate procedurile administrative (verificarea concediului rămas,actualizarea candidatului cu procedura de certificat angajator).
Conducătorul auto este oligat să întoarcă toate manualele și instrucțiunile primite recent care de asemenea includ trecerea barierelor,cardurile bancare,uniforma companiei.
