The pandemic of CO VID-19 generated an unprecedented global crisis with
immediate dramatic consequences on human health and life and with long term
consequences in the economic, social, educational and cultural domains in many
countries all a round the world. Governments, national health systems, educational
systems, companies, banks, non -governmental organizations and scientists from
many research domains make great efforts to find solutions to all the problems
initiated by this pandemic and t o manage somehow this unexpected and very
complex crisis.

The purpose of this Special Issue is to attract papers dedicated to these new
phenomena and especially to look at the managerial perspectives of developing
effective solutions for ending that cris is and coping with its consequences. The
papers could focus on the following topics, and any associated domains:
 Economics of the pandemic COVID -19.
 Managing health systems under the pressure of the pandemic of COVID -19.
 Change management and crisis management.
 The role of knowledge management in designing solutions for such a crisis.
 Developing emergent strategies in a time of cris is.
 Business adaptation to radical changes in the external environment.
 Changing paradigms in management and business educa tion.
 Governmental policies concerning social problems and unemployment
generated by the pandemic of COVID -19.
 Lessons to be learned out of such a complex crisis.

Deadline : Papers should be submitted until 30 October 2020, in concordance with
the Authors’ instructions and the Template posted on the journal site.
