POSTERS – CIM2017
Content of the poster
• All in English
• Use documents including drawings, photographs, tables, and formulas… which will point out the
most important technical points. Provide an introduction and a summary or conclusion.
Simply posting the pages of the written version of your paper is not an
effective poster presentation.
Recommendations
• Your documents will be stuck on a board ( 1m large and 2m high ).
• Make sure that you can read your poster from a distance of about 3 meters.
• Bring with you necessary material to stick the poster (double face tape, scissors …)
Presentation:
• 8:30 – 9:30 am: hang poster in the area dedicated
• A time slot of 2 hours in each day is dedicated to posters and exchanges between authors and
participants: your presence before this post is compulsory for this time slot
• 5:30 – 6:30 pm: stall post
