Create a new form or tag for the
webinar registrants in your email

Create a registration page with
countdown, hook, headline, and
bullet pointsSet up auto-responder confirmation
email with webinar details in your

Create Thank You page, make sure
social links share the REGISTRATION
page URL
Set up Thank You Page redirect
for when someone registers for the
webinar
Schedule 2 emails to send the day of
the webinar: one hour warning with
the link, 15 minute warning with the
link.
Decide on your bundle, offer,
pricing, urgency and bonuses.

to register
Twitter: Promote one last time to
register.
Test LIVE webinar page for share
buttons, buy now buttons, and chatbox functionality
Send out 3 (scheduled) email
reminders to webinar list with the live webinar page link
Email #1 is two hours before, email
#2 is 30 minutes before, and email #3 is right on the hourCreate YouTube Live [Hangout on Air], Set to Private, Invite Co-hosts if you have one.
Copy and paste Youtube Live/
Hangout on Air “embed code” into the video section of the Live Page
Save the live webinar page Get to the live page early, and
chat w/ attendees 15 minutes before webinar takes place. Ask for introductions, and for any questions before the webinar starts
Hit the “Start Broadcast” button

POST-WEBINAR FOLLOW UP
AFTER THE WEBINAR:
Schedule 3 follow-up emails to go
out to everyone that registered for the webinar
Email #1: Send recorded webinar
(same live page link, or replay link if you want to) to those who registered with reminder about bundle, bonuses, the offer, and the deadline (24 or 48 hours).
Email #2: 8-10 hours before the
deadline, reminder about the bundle and offer that expires that night, breakdown of everything included.
Email #3: 3-4 hours before deadline,
quick last call email that explains the bundle, last chance the watch the replay, and last chance to get the offer. Change automatic email on registration page to mention that the webinar has already occurred, and send them the link to the recording OR change button on registration page to mention the webinar has passed, and they can sign-up to be invited to future webinars (“You missed it! Sign up for our mailing list to make sure that doesn’t happen again!”)
Send out the post-webinar email
