Detailed current status of the elbow wound (number 3 check in the pre -employment form) and
number of days sick leave (number 26 check in the pre -employment form)
Regarding the number 3 medical condition, part of the pre- employment form, of having any
tattoo/scar/birthmark on our body, I filled with an “Yes”, due to the fact that i have a small affected area
on the skin as a result of a crash at a tennis match. The event took place approximately one month ago and at
the moment, the scar i s not that visible, having only some pigmentation/depigmentation areas (2- 3 cm), which
might heal depending on the skins reaction, in several weeks or less.
The scar does not affect in any way the mobility, the general or particular health of the arm, except that the
area has a different pigmentation.
After a dermatologist check, I was assured that the skin will heal 100%, but it might take some time. It is in my
beliefs that in every company, whether it’s an airline or not, honesty is the best policy and that is the reason
why I checked the number 3 box in the pre- employment declaration.
I will also attach some photographs bellow with the mark/wound, wearing a white t -shirt and trying to be in the
natural light so that the mark can be seen in its best shape and color.
Regarding the number 26 medical condition, part of the pre- employment form , in the last 2 years I
took 0 (none) days sick leave. Therefor I had no need of any day requi red to leave my job or activity, due to the
fact that I was sick or had any other medical problem.
