Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to express my disappointment about the delivery service you own. I received a call
on December 23rd at 6 PM that my package will arrive in 5 minutes. All good until I opened the
box and I`ve found that inside of the package weren`t my things.
This is first time when this is happening to me, I`ve tried to call at your info -point, a
young lady answered b ut she told me that nothing can be done. I need to solve the problem in
short time because I need to finish my project for college, I had some books that helps me at
project and without them I can take a bad grade .
It`s a delicate situation , so please re solve the situation and take care to don`t repeat. I
hope we can sort this matter out amicably.
